At FunnyFuzzy, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
